Nondiscrimination and Anti-Harassment

The School District of Nekoosa does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age, disability, or any other basis prohibited by law and prohibits discrimination, including harassment, in any education program or activity that it operates. The District’s student nondiscrimination policy can be found in Board Policy 2260 and the District’s student anti-harassment policy can be found in Board Policy 5517. The District has designated the following individuals as the District’s Compliance Officers to coordinate efforts to comply with and carry out its nondiscrimination and anti-harassment responsibilities, and questions regarding the District’s nondiscrimination commitments, as well as related laws, regulations, and District policies, may be referred to the following designated  employee(s)

Any person who wishes to make a complaint of discrimination or harassment in the District’s education program or activity may contact the District’s Compliance Officer(s) and/or may fill out a Discrimination, Harassment, Sexual Harassment (Title IX), and/or Bullying Complaint Form and return to the District’s Compliance Officer(s).
