The School District of Nekoosa does not discriminate on the basis of sex and prohibits sexual harassment in its education programs and activities. The District complies with Title IX and its implementing regulations and the District’s Title IX policy can be found in Board Policy 2266. Inquiries about Title IX may be referred to the District’s Title IX Coordinators, the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights, or both. The District has designated the following individuals to serve as the District’s Title IX Coordinators:

The District’s Title IX Coordinators will coordinate efforts to comply with and carry out the District’s responsibilities under Title IX, and questions regarding the District’s commitments, as well as related laws, regulations, and District policies may be referred to the Title IX Coordinator(s). Additionally, to report information about conduct that may constitute sexual harassment, or to make a complaint of sexual harassment, please contact the District’s Title IX Coordinator(s) and/or fill out a Discrimination, Harassment, Sexual Harassment (Title IX), and/or Bullying Complaint Form (found below) and return to the District’s Title IX Coordinator(s).
