Monday, Wednesday and Friday
5:30 AM - 7:00 AM
Not open Tuesday and Thursday Mornings

Afternoon Hours
Monday through Friday:  
3:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Saturday Hours
8 AM - Noon

Fitness Center will NOT be Open on these Holidays: New Years' Eve or Day, Memorial Day,  Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day
